Devon Blaine:Devon is CEO of The Blaine Group.  Blaine’s background with fast-track, emerging-growth companies of all types includes overseeing implementation of an award-winning international financial, trade and consumer public relations effort for STAAR Surgical Company and national campaigns conducted for Greystone Technology, Decision Sciences Corporation, EON Reality, QD Technology, eRadlink, NuWay Medical, SynData Technologies, and others.  20 years in LAVA and three time past president of the organization. 

Mark Mitchell: Mark has an extensive background in entrepreneurship and marketing. He is director of the TriTech Small Business Development Center which helps Southern California businesses and entrepreneurs to commercialize new technologies, market their products and services, and identify capital and knowledge resources. The magic of TriTech is the consultant team that Mark has created. They have helped businesses raise over $136 million in capital and created over 656 jobs.

Barbara Seymour Giordano: As an Executive Communications Coach Barbara has advised Fortune 500 executives, entrepreneurs and TED presenters on the art of creating global talks that unite, influence and inspire audiences worldwide. In her career, Barbara has worked as an assignment editor with CNN and E! Entertainment Television as well as produced internal videos, global sales meetings and events for Amgen, Cisco Systems, and Nike to name a few.  In front of the lens Barbara has been an on-camera national TV spokesperson for Lands’ End, Neiman Marcus, and TJX Corp.  With an uncanny knack for turning highly complex subjects into stories that spark imagination across cultures, Barbara helps her presenters get to the WHY of the story - the meaningful gift that inspires audiences to action.

Ash Kumra is a business coach, speaker and entrepreneur. Ash was honored by the White House in November 2011 as a Empact 100 recipient; a list recognizing the top 100 companies run by young entrepreneurs who positively impact the economy and inspire others to join the movement. Ash was invited in December 2011 to join the Young Entrepreneur's Council; an invite-only community of the world’s top entrepreneurs.  Ash is also an adjunct professor on entrepreneurship for several institutions and is an entrepreneurship fellow for OccidentalCollege. Ash is currently Chairman, and co-founder of digital content distribution agency DesiYou; the 2010 recipient for "Best Digital Media" company by the Irvine Entrepreneur Forum. Ash’s recently co-founded www.DreamItAlive.com (launched 11/11/11); an online community dedicated to guiding people to create, believe and live out their dreams using virtual dream boards and a patent-pending process as the main tools for realizing dreams.
